After purchasing an ICOD Class, you will have the opportunity to download the file directly from the Purchase Confirmation page and you will be automatically emailed a download link for your ICOD file(s). Use either link to download your purchase to your phone or computer. If you do not see the email please check your junk mail folder to verify it was not accidentally marked as junk. We also recommend you "safe-list" sales@indoorcyclingondemand.com to guarantee the emails are not lost in the future. If you still do not see the email, contact us for support.

Transfer Instructions with Apple Devices

With iPhones and iPods, the file must be downloaded to your computer first to transfer to iTunes.

If downloading to your computer, we recommend moving the ICOD file from your Download directory to a new folder (ie: ICOD Classes) in a safe place you can find later (ie: My Music).

To transfer from your computer to an iPhone or iPod, you will need to add the file to iTunes. To add the file to iTunes, open iTunes and drag & drop the file directly into iTunes or you can use File > Add File to Library to add a single file, or Add Folder to Library if you created a folder, and navigate to the location where the ICOD class is located.

Transfer Instructions with Non-Apple (ie: Android or other MP3) Devices

With non-iPhones, the link can be clicked from your phone and the file will download directly to your phone and is available to listen to immediately.

If downloading to your computer, we recommend moving the file from your Download directory to a new folder (ie: ICOD Classes) in a safe place you can find later (ie: My Music).

From your computer, you can then transfer the file to any media playing device directly.

Note: Some phones may give a warning message when transferring from your computer to the phone.

File Convert and Copy

In most cases, this warning can simply be ignored and the file can be copied as is, and we recommend trying this first to maintain the sound quality of the file. If you ignore the warning and the file is unplayable on your phone, transfer the file again and accept the recommended settings.
